The Whistler Mountaineer boards daily from North Vancouver at 8:00am in the morning.  Southbound departures from Whistler to North Vancouver by rail, board at 2:30pm.

Departure/Arrival Information

Station Transfers

All guests travelling onboard the Whistler Mountaineer are offered complimentary transfer by motorcoach between select downtown Vancouver hotels and the North Vancouver rail station, and between Whistler Village and the Whistler rail station.  Please visit Station Transfers for further information on locations and times. 

North Vancouver

The North Vancouver departure and arrival point is located at the corner of Philip Avenue and West 1st Street. This is south of Marine Drive and west of Pemberton Avenue - approximately 3 blocks west of the former BC Rail passenger station in North Vancouver.

As there is no on-site parking, we are pleased to offer valet parking for guests arriving by car, for a cost of $10 CDN a day. Please allow sufficient time if you are arriving in your own vehicle.

Whistler

All guests travelling onboard the Whistler Mountaineer will be transferred to and from the Whistler rail station by motorcoach. The pick-up and drop-off location for day-trips is at the Gondola Transit Exchange. The Gondola Transit Exchange is located at the top of the stairs, beside the Pan Pacific Mountainside Hotel, at the base of Whistler Mountain. Select Hotel drop-offs are available for those spending the night in Whistler.
